HOW IS THE LASH PEN DIFFERENT TO THE TRADITIONAL LASH GLUES AVAILABLE?

THE LASH PEN is essentially an eyeliner with the added ingredient (Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer) to allow ‘adhesiveness’ without the tackiness of latex. This adhesiveness means The Lash Pen acts a 2 in 1 product  Your eyeliner if you select the black colour, and is also an adhesive to any lash strip you want to use (As long as it is NOT a magnetic lash strip). We like to think of it as your Sticky Note for Lashes!  

 

IS THE LASH PEN VEGAN FRIENDLY?

Definitely.  Our products are 100% not tested on animals. It is within our values that we always remain to be cruelty free and vegan friendly.   We only stock faux silk lashes made from highest quality synthetic fibre sourced from Korea.

 

WILL THE LASH PEN FEEL STICKY OR TACKY ON MY SKIN?  i.e. WILL IT RUIN MY EYESHADOW?

The Lash Pen needs to only be applied as thick as our lash band.  Once applied, the product does not spread making it easy to control and there is no feeling of 'stickiness'.  So if you love the black liner, you can even use it as your everyday eyeliner.  Given the eyeliner will not run onto your eyelid, it is fine to apply on top of your eyeshadow (though we recommend to apply your lashes first if you are a heavy eyeshadow user).   

 

IS THE LASH PEN EASY TO USE?

So easy to use!  If you can pick up a pen to draw a line, you can use THE LASH PEN. We promise! Given the liner doesn't feel tacky, when you apply the false lashes but you didn’t stick it right the first time, you can simply lift off and start again. Or simply reposition with no mess with the traditional wet tacky glue.

Tip: You can also apply The Lash Pen directly to your lash strip band if this is what you prefer.

HOW WIDE ARE THE LASHES?  WILL IT FIT MY EYE?

Eyes, just like bodies all come in different sizes.  This is why our 8 signature style eyelashes are made long enough to suit all eye widths.  If the eyelashes are too wide for the width of your eye, using scissors, simply cut one end of the lashes.

  

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO REMOVE YOUR PRODUCTS?

Simply use your usual eye makeup remover.  Gently peel off your strip lashes first, before using a makeup remover to wipe off your eye liner.  If you choose to use an oil based makeup remover, use a cotton bud or pad to swipe along your upper lash line until the eyeliner is gone.

 

HOW DO I CLEAN THE FALSE STRIP LASHES?

For effective cleaning of your Strip Lashes we recommend the following:

1. Gently peel off the strip lashes from the inside corner of your eye to the outer.
2. Place the false lashes on a tissue or paper towel. Gently pick off any excess residue along the lash band.  If there is buildup from makeup, gently wash in water or use eye makeup remover on a cotton bud to take off any residue along the band. 
5. Never squeeze and bend your false lashes dry after washing them.  Best to let them air dry on a tissue or paper towel. Once dry, return them into their original box.

I HAVE A CONDITION WHICH HAS MADE ME LOSE MY LASHES.   WILL THE LASH PEN BE SUITABLE FOR ME? 

Yes, most definitely.  Lashes help frame our face and open up the eyes.  We want to support all women to feel their best.  The Lash Pen is used along your lash line on your top lid, then simply choose a stip lash to place on top.  If you have alopecia or have lost lashes due to chemotherapy,  this is a great alternative to getting lashes placed on, as the false lashes will stick to your your top eyelid.

 

CAN I USE MASCARA WITH THE LASH PEN?  

Our signature lashes are hand made to perfection.  Weaved to give layers of lashes to give you a natural wispy look.  Therefore, we do not recommend using mascara as that will affect the longevity of your false lashes.  

 

I’VE HAD AN ALLERGIC REACTION, WHAT DO I DO?

As with any product having contact with your skin, some skin types may react to an ingredient. In the unlikely event you do happen to have a reaction, please send us an email with a photo and description of the reaction.  In order for us to process and accept an allergy return, we will require a photo of the allergy and THE LASH PEN to be returned with more than 50% of the product remaining. We will not be able to cover postage costs in the event of an allergic reaction.
